Dear Folk’s:
I made a promise to myself that I would try to write to you every day this month, in honor of Dad’s birthday so here goes for a few lines from this end of the world, the wheather [sic] here is about the same as usual, except for the rain, it hasn’t rained for two days very unusual for this country. I am feeling just fine and in the best of health, and happy. Please don’t worry about me as I am just fine, glad to here that Harold B. is back home, if you ask me I think he is really going places and he is a good pilot, if he stays in the states please send me his address, or wherever he goes, I bet he was surprised to find everything so changed, I know if I saw a white woman it would scare me to death, I have seen very few and they are nursed [sic], tell Norma I still don’t like the idea of her going to Nurses T. as I have seen the type of work they have to do, and it isn’t very nice. I never told you before but I am no longer a Medic, and left the U.S.A.
[V-MAIL] Love Kenney
