Dear Folk’s:
Here goes for a few lines by candle light. I am feeling just fine and getting along ok. hoping this finds you the same. I was very happy tonight I received p my first letter in 70 days, and it was from Helen Dole I only hope I get one from you as I would like to know how you are getting along back home. I remember when I thought about Harold’s letters being so short and so few and far between but now I know why it took so long, but it will just have to be this way until mail starts coming through.
