Dear Folk’s: I remember I promised to write every day but I find that impossible, so I will write whenever possible. I am still here in the same place, and still no news. As yet I haven’t received any mail, it has been exactly 60 days today that I haven’t had one, but they should be here soon at least I hope so. I am feeling fine and I am getting along ok. hope you all are the same, please say hello to everyone for me & tell them I will and write when I find time. “Dad I could sure use one of those neat pocket machine [?] and about 500 slugs [slugs] in fact I could really make some money.” what do you think?
